*Guest bedroom with two twin beds; second full bath located just outside the room.
*Living room with queen sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests.

*Full laundry room with washer and dryer located near the entry.
*Open kitchen with granite counters, bar-height seating, Keurig, blender, toaster, and more.
*Dining area with table for 6, open to the kitchen and family room.

This pool is heated to 85 degrees and it can be naturally warmer in the summer and fall months.
Additionally there is a shared parking lot for the condo with 1 space dedicated for each unit in the building with an additional 2 guest spaces on a first come first serve basis. This condo comes with 2 beach chairs.
It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.
This condo is located in the city of Naples and has a 30 day minimum # of nights required and it is strictly enforced.
This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation.

The property is well-located and very tastefully decorated. It is roomy and spacious. But there were several issues. There were no lights in the living room - only the light in the overhead ceiling fan. We purchased two lights. And the sheets on all of the beds were threadbare and there were no mattress pads. It wouldn't take much to make this a top-flight unit.

We relaxed by the pool, fished off the dock and went for long walks in a wonderful neighborhood. Thinking about doing it next year.

This property did not disappoint. Very clean with recent renovations throughout the unit. Fantastic kitchen with all appliances, utensils, and dinnerware, needed to prepare all meals. Location is in a quiet neighborhood with a mixture of small condo buildings and private homes. Within walking distance to Tin City and down town Naples. Only several miles from the Naples Zoo and Naples Botanical Gardens. Good parking and entrance to the unit was a breeze. Pool water was clean and warm. Nice welcome basket with starter essentials. Mike Z communications via email and texts were concise and provided all info for arrival and departure. Also, Mike Z replied within minutes for the few questions we had.
