Two of the bedrooms boast private en-suite bathrooms, ensuring the perfect amount of privacy for everyone. Step inside, and you'll be greeted by the main sitting area, a warm and welcoming space that invites you to relax the moment you arrive. The heart of the home is the expansive kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The large kitchen island comfortably seats four, making it the ideal spot for casual dining or gathering with family and friends. Outside, your private pool awaits, offering a serene oasis for sunbathing, swimming, or simply unwinding in the Florida sunshine. The house was well kept but in a very old neighborhood. The pool was very well maintained but small. Flooring was finished cement in many rooms. Property management was excellent and very responsive.
