Very central location, right next to busy street with lots of cafes and restaurants. Quite spacious room. Very good value compared to price.
no elevator so consider that you will need to carry luggage on two flight of stairs (was ok for us as we did not have much luggage).

Smoking in common spaces for example kitchen/lounge room.

We only stayed for one night but enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. As a bonus it had a kettle.
We will try to stay here again on our next visits.

Location was excellent.
Rooms very spacious
No warm water in bathroom. Unfortunately had to take cold showers though the hotel offered us 10 percent refund but that hasn't happened yet
