Central location and (paying) on site parking.
This is really not 4 star standard. So much bric a brac and stuff everywhere, so much dated carpet, bathrooms in really need of renovation. My aesthetic is the polar opposite of this hotel so I am biased. But I felt I was stuck in a Tim Burton movie, and not in a good way.
