Enjoyable stay with a great host, we really enjoyed our time there.

Boris was an excellent host and a nice guy, he kept in touch and responded quickly to any questions. The bed was very big and nice to sleep in. The view from the balcony is great, you get the sun up until around tea time.

The apartment was spotless but we noticed ants on the kitchen surface - you could not leave any food out. We think they were getting in between a small gap in the worktop and upstand, so it probably only requires sealing up better. Unfortunately there was no washing machine in our apartment but we knew that when booking.

It is a very good place to spend holiday for couples and families as well.

Apartment was very comfortable and clean.Sea view was very beautiful.The owner was a very friendly person.We enjoyed the spare time we spent there. Best beaches for us: Strunjan and Fiesa

A very pleasant experience

Nice and clean apartment with two efficient ACs, modern kitchen line with dishwasher, some free refreshments in the fridge, really comfy bed, gated parking space, pretty terrace, perfectly working wifi, and above all a beautiful view over the Gulf of Piran. Outstanding support by the host Boris, he even guided us to an Agraria store in Lucija to sample locally produced groceries. If you need help with anything you can always ask him. From the apartment to one of the southside beaches you walk about 10 minutes (double the time on return, steep inclines!), or half an hour to the historic center of Piran (10 minutes by bike). If we ever return to Portoroz we will most certainly choose to stay at this place.

No complaints at all about the apartment, yet everyone should be aware that in order to return from the Portoroz sea level back to the apartment you may have to climb quite steep inclines, so you either walk on foot or use something motorized like an e-bike, car or scooter.

Excellent place to be!

Nice place located central in Portoroz, nice view over the see and Portoroz. Everything was available in the room , nice terrace as well. AC, TV, fridge, even some drinks and water .

Bathroom was small and a shelf would really help to put the own stuff on that. For having a shower was okay but a shelf would really help.

The view from the balcony was excellent and the apartment spacious. The host was very friendly and very helpful with touring suggestions.

The apartment is in need of updating. The shower head was not attached to the wall and the sink was cracked.

Frische Oliven, selbstgemachtes Öl daraus, ein perfekter Blick aufs Meer! Perfekte Auszeit in Slowenien

Perfekte Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die slowenische Adria, kurzer Fußweg direkt zur Esplanade (aufgrund vieler Treppen mit einem kleinen Umweg verbunden wenn man mit einem Kinderwagen unterwegs ist) und ans Meer. Boris als Gastgeber, hauseigenes Olivenöl :) Boris hat uns am Tag der Ankunft persönlich empfangen und völlig unaufgeregt uns alles erklärt & Tips gegeben was es in der Umgebung zu entdecken gibt. Die Kommunikation war ab dem Tag der Buchung mehr als überdurchschnittlich gut. Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt über den Dächern Portorosz, so dass man von der Terrasse einen super Blick auf die slowenische Adria hat. Die Woche Aufenthalt raste viel zu schnell vorbei. Boris! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt 👍

Nagyon kedves volt a szállásadó. Mindenben segített. Az utazás végén még kis ajándékot is kaptunk Tőle. Kérte,hogy tájékoztassuk arról is,hogy szerencsésen hazaértünk-e.
