Wonderful with amazingly warm and welcoming hosts.

The hosts were absolutely the nicest people! And the accommodations were neat and clean—and filled with little details to make our stay feel as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was amazing—everything was delicious, especially the homemade yogurt. Best breakfast we had while we were in France!

Loved that the hosts came out to meet us when we arrived and stowed our bikes inside without issue. They provided a lovely breakfast and accommodated for sans Gluten without issue.

My only suggestion would be to provide a standup fan in each room as it was very hot in the evening. Otherwise, exceptional.

Lovely property close to the centre of Montrichard with its gorgeous restaurants. We had a room with terrace which was lovely to sit out on and enjoy a coffee. We were made very welcome by the charming hosts and had a delicious breakfast in the morning.

Wonderful stay at Les Rives du Cher

Very nice welcome from the hosts Corinne and Pascal. Our bedroom was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. All equipements were working well. The location was excellent, just 5 min walking from the city center of Montrichard. The breakfast was really good. We also appreciated the secure parking which is closed at night to park our car. We will definitely come back at Les Rives du Cher as it is an excellent value for price and we really appreciated the friendliness from Corinne and Pascal.

Idéalement situé géographiquement pour visiter Montrichard. Très belle maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres sont spacieuses, d'une propreté irréprochable, au calme et vraiment confortables. Spontanément on s'y sent bien tout de suite. Les hôtes sont discrets, charmants et à votre écoute. Petit déjeuner de qualité, varié avec de bons produits.

Freundliche Gastgeber, das Haus ist gut und zugleich ruhig gelegen - Zimmer war aber etwas beengt.

Das gastgebende Ehepaar empfing uns herzlich und diese Herzlichkeit blieb. Der Gastgeber spricht sogar ganz gut deutsch. Das Frühstück stand allmorgendlich individuell bereit, es war landesüblich klein, aber völlig hinreichend (u. a. selbstgemachter Joghurt!). Das Haus liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom kleinen Ortszentrum mit ein, zwei wirklich guten Lokalen, aber auch gut zu den Verkehrswegen in Richtung nahegelegener Loireschlösser (Amboise, Chaumont, Blois, Chambord u.a.).

Das Zimmer war zu klein für zwei Personen, zumindest war es schlecht geschnitten. Man tritt ins Zimmer ein und in Armlänge entfernt steht bereits das Bett. Der Raum lässt im Übrigen nur wenig Platz für Koffer, dazu einen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Ins - im Verhältnis zum Übrigen - sehr geräumige Bad gelangt man nur über einen schmalen Spalt zwischen Bett und Wand. Zudem ist die Eingangstür das einzige "Fenster", Frischluft ist nachts also nur zu bekommen, indem man die Tür zum Zimmer geöffnet lässt. Es sind aber andere Zimmer im Angebot, die mehr Raum versprechen.

Idéal pour une halte entre les châteaux de la Loire

L’accueil de nos hôtes, leur disponibilité et sens du service. Des boissons offertes dans la chambre, le petit déjeuner avec de nombreuses propositions pouvant satisfaire les goûts de chacun.

Ma chère et tendre aura souffert d’une climatisation d’appoint un peu trop légère. Pour ma part, je n’ai rien eu à redire et j’ai très bien dormi.

La porte extérieure donnant accès à l’escalier des chambres est dure à ouvrir et fermer, ce qui engendre du bruit, certainement gênant pour la chambre voisine. ce serait à corriger. La descente d'eau des toilettes est un peu bruyante (mais là, je ne pense pas que ce soit corrigeable

accueil chaleureux, les hôtes sont très à l'écoute des besoins des voyageurs. l'emplacement géographique est idéal pour découvrir la région (Zoo, châteaux, promenades le long du canal..) ils sont de bons ambassadeurs de leur région. Nous étions 6 amis et nous voyageons en vélo électrique; ce lieu a été idéal , emplacement vélo dans un garage et possibilité de recharge sur place. petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bon moment dans cette chambre d’hôtes

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. Le logement est très bien situé en étant proche des châteaux de la Loire et du Zoo Parc de Beauval, c’est très propre et confortable, le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux, il y a un parking privé pour la voiture, c’est très bien.

À savoir qu’il y a des escaliers pour accéder à la chambre, nous cela ne nous a pas dérangé.
