We liked the fact that this is no longer a corporate hotel and that it run by a family who work well together. The breakfast was good. There was a choice of cooked food and a range of cold cuts etc. The bread especially the fruit bread was excellent.

It's a solid 2 star hotel, once fully renovated it might make a 3 star.

The location was excellent. Front desk staff was very kind. The bedroom we got the last night on the top floor was large, more fitting for the price we paid and had A/C (summer is a must). Breakfast was OK, there were different breakfast choices and the quality was very good. Location of the hotel is perfect and walkable to a point.

We stayed two of the three nights in a non A/C room and it was not a good experience at all, it was extremely hot in the room 25C+ at nighttime, we were unable to sleep with the windows open as there were no screens for insects. The room itself was also dated and very small to be considered a suite (which was what we booked). If I were to get a middle floor room again I would not stay at this hotel. Service at the restaurant was hit or miss, there were two young waiters, the waiter was really nice and accommodating, the waitress had a bit of an attitude (what you get is what you get) to her. Dinner menu (formule) was expensive at 32 euros per adult and 16 euros per child. On one of the nights of our stay only thing on the menu was mussels (fine for adults, hard to sell to kids), again no let's find a solution from the waitress (what you get is what you get).

Characterful property in great location, helpful staff and fab pool.

The hotel was full of character and the location was excellent at the entrance of a walkway upto the château The pool was really lovely and a welcome relief to the heat., The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Thee were no side tables next to the beds to place drinks . There was no working WiFi in 3 days which meant driving to another hotel to connect for work/private correspondence. There was no lift to the 2nd floor so it was not easy to take cases upstairs.

Bien pour un court séjour

Le petit-déjeuner était complet et parfait, avec quelques produits locaux très appréciés et beaucoup de choix La responsable est super gentille et aux petits soins. Le château et son parc constituent une belle découverte !

Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes et mériteraient un très gros rafraichissement, singulièrement la salle de bains ! Nous n'avons pas utilisé le spa qui était en supplément au prix de la chambre. C'est dommage car le prix nous a semblé déjà un peu élevé !

Pas de climatisation dans les chambres (mais en cours d’installation à priori), la piscine n’est pas extrêmement bien entretenue, au bord d’une route très passante.

L' extérieur de l'établissement et le proche parking privé.

Personnel féminin pas aimable.... voire hostile ! A la réception une dame agressive et se sentant agressée à la moindre demande ! Au petit déjeuner : pas de bonjour, la sensation d'être épiées par une sorte de gouvernante, en outre beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la prestation, petit déjeuner buffet certes, mais plus qu'ordinaire !!! Heureusement le personnel masculin était plus avenant mais n'a pas suffi à à compenser. Accès au spa sois disant gratuit mais on vous réclame dix euros pour une serviette et des chaussons... c'est minable !

Erg tevreden.

Ontbijt was goed. Locatie prachtig! Prachtig pand. Hele prettige bedden (vrij stevig) en kussens. Aardig personeel. Fijn zwembad, behoorlijk groot en netjes. Parkeren goed geregeld op privé terrein achter een hek. Handige kamer, een kamer met tweepersoonsbed en een kamer met dubbel stapelbed. Perfect voor een gezin op doortocht.
