A great spot in a quiet corner of Venice; a simple breakfast, but sufficient for visiting the Biennale. Shared kitchen with a fridge and coffee. We really enjoyed it.
One major downside: the bar below room number 2 is very, very noisy.

Shower is tiny but great hot water.

Hotel is located in the most green area of the island. It is more peaceful than the rest, very few tourists so one can really relax after a long day near the most touristy areas.

Roberto was very nice and helped us settle in and provided a great breakfast. The spot was lovely and quiet without feeling like you're way outside of Venice.
It was still a 20-30 min walk into the tourist part of Venice, but still worth it.
