Location is great, peaceful but still Venice-like. Mostly locals, which I liked, supermarket just across, lots of cafes and restaurants, and a beautiful park nearby. Very clean, comfortable bed, with all necessities. You don't pay extra for towels/sheets as said in the description. Safe and enjoyable. Shared mini kitchen, coffee, tea, all you need.
No natural light, it's on the ground floor so the smell isn't very pleasant, but I guess it's everywhere because of the humidity, the canals and all. I would have liked a little bit of a bigger room also.

Camera pulita e funzionale, bagno spazioso. Aria condizionata tv e bollitore, ciabatte ,caffè e tisane nelle aree comuni. Di fronte a piccolo supermercato . Esattamente come in foto!

Emplacement calme même si on s'est fait réveillé en pleine nuit par les ébats du voisin..
Chambre spacieuse avec une armoire pour ranger ses affaires
La cuisine sur le palier à partager avec l'autre chambre est à noter même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisé.
La salle de bain disposée de beaucoup de produit : coton tiges, laques, cotons, démaquillant, sèche cheveux...

La zona
L'odore di fumo sempre presente nell'atrio in entrata. L' odore di muffa molto persistente dentro la camera. Alcuni dettagli del bagno che avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione. Gli scuri sporchi e vecchi difficili da maneggiare. Le finestre che davano nell'interno di un piccolissimo cortile logoro e impolverato non hanno alcuna utilità perché è meglio non aprirle.
