Let's start with the negatives. The pillows are too hard and large. There is no mirror near the hair dryer. The traffic noise is intrusive if you have the window open. The positives though outweigh those. Good location. Great friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable modern room with plenty of tea, coffee and milk. Nice grounds to wander through. Clean and well serviced rooms. Everything for a visitor is mostly just a few minutes walk away. Recommended as long as you don't mind hair that may not be perfectly styled!

Absolutely immaculate, close to city centre, on the park and ride route too! 100% recommend it!

Wonderful stay, very comfortable room & only a very short walk to Bridge Street. Amazing to have breakfast in the Gret Hall in Jesus College.

We were given a traditional room which promised to have a double bed that was probably the smallest double that we ever had experienced.. The room itself or no appearance to the advertised photo, and the absence of an ensuite bathroom was reminiscent of being in an old student hall. The shared bathroom was a little squalid although I must give full marks to the quality of the shower which was probably the highlight of our stay
