Location was great. The room was and clean and new
No staff to help you get inside. Very cumbersome to get inside your room (you’ve to download an app and can’t connect to WiFi from inside etc) also our room was on main floor it felt very dingy like we were in the basement

Clean and comfortable accommodation, close to many attractions. Room matched the pictures.
Needing to download an app (which stores personal data) just to access rooms, and a less than straight forward method to actually acess the building and room. The room was also not ready on time and excuse was 'you arrived earlier than expected'. Despite the fact that our PRIOR FULL PAYMENT for the room should allow access at the stated check-in time, the management seems to confuse agreed check-in time with possible arrival time. Nil 'niceties' in the room such as small bar fridge or kettle, which should be provided considering the high price.

The accommodation is amortized. Walls are dirty, the room was not very clean. The sheets had some stains. The warm water arrived only 10 minutes after the shower was on. The location is the best.

The location
The toilet door was broken.....when you closed it you couldn't open it from inside, therefore you had to leave it open... Also the room and toilet hadn't been cleaned as there was nail clippings on the floor
