Very good location and it was clean

We didn’t get the room we paid for, the view was an entire wall we couldn’t see anything else but a building wall. Also the walls were paper thin we could hear everyone and everything it was highly frustrating and disappointing

The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk from the city center. Communication with the staff was seamless via WhatsApp, making everything very convenient. I especially appreciated the keyless room entry (code-based) and the free lockers available after check-out. Having a coffee machine right on our floor was a lovely bonus!

While I enjoyed the location, there were a few drawbacks during my stay. The room lacks a general waste bin, with only a very small one provided in the bathroom. Additionally, the "complimentary cleaning" only occurs every three days; since I was there for a long weekend, my room wasn't cleaned at all. This also meant my towels weren't replaced, and because they don't dry well in the room, it was a bit of an issue for daily showering. Lastly, the mini-fridge in the room wasn't cooling properly and may need a repair.

Everything was clean and top notch. Privacy and security were premium. The location was fantastic.

During the first night, somebody, I assume another guest, opened our room at around 1:45AM because the lock on the door was not functioning at all. We checked a few times and realized that our door can be opened without entering the code. This caused us a big distress and a sleepless night and we were forced to make a call to the emergency phone line in order to resolve the problem, which caused me additional expences because of the roaming phone charges. Around 1 hour later, a technician came that told us that nobody can enter our room again because he managed to fix it, but told us that the next day around 8o'clock somebody would come and check the door again. In the morning nobody came and we were forced yet again to make another call to the phone line and were told that nobody was actually coming and that the issue has been resolved. We wasted 2 hours waiting for nothing and this left a big stain on our stay. Another issue was the AC that was not cool enough in the big summer heat, but we were told that it can't be set lower than 22°C.
