Nothing at all. Would recommend it to every and any kind of traveller who wants a comfortable stay in this amazing city, whether alone, with friends, as a family or for business.

This property is good value for money, and in a good location. Virginie was good for communication,

shower was nice and strong. the bedding was nice and warm. the heating was good

there was only 1 large shower towel for 3 of us. but there were 5 smaller ones so had to improvise.

Great location but that's about it

The apartment was spacious with a comfy bed and sofa; kitchen is serviceable for small meals with basic equipment; water pressure and temperature was great in the apartment; location was excellent - in front of the l'Erdre river for walking/jogging and l'Ile de Versailles (for a tranquil green space); public transit is easy (Tram and bus stops are a 5 min walk); or a easy 10 min stroll along the end of l'Erdre to Centre Ville or Bouffay. Humidity (close to the river and below street level) was taken care of daily by a dehumidifier and the heaters worked great as the weather got colder.

I was working all day so I was only in the apartment at night and early morning. The apartment is below street level so noise from car and foot traffic was heard along with restaurant noise (just next door.) Not a real problem in the late evening less but something I should have been more aware of. Some of the bigger issues: I did not meet my host at all (left keys at a designated spot) and communication was not the smoothest, at the beginning. I had some unanswered text messages and seemed the owner preferred communicating through booking.com; a few items things were broken (bar stools) or a few lights had bulbs missing or not working (above stove); unusable storage cabinets in the space (except 1 closet to hang clothes); and no WIFI - a basic feature most hotels and apartments offer. Small/minor issues that I was able to deal with: electric stove took some time to heat up when I cooking; TV took some time to understand to operate; I had to unplug electric fragrance diffuser (too much and overpowering for me)

Logement super et emplacement parfait

Appartement très bien placé, tram à 2 minutes à pied, virginie est très réactive. Le logement est fonctionnel et très propre. L’accès grâce à la boîte à clés facilite l’arrivée. Le logement est très bien équipé et le fait que le linge de lit et serviettes soient fournis est très appréciable. Je reviendrais avec joie

Cueva sucia y descuidada

Es una cueva, esta muy muy sucio, la ducha no traga, sabanas negras que no se ve si estan limpias, la puerta con una inseguridad tremenda porque tiene persiana pero se echa desde dentro con lo cual cuando te vas se queda hacia arriba, no habia gel y al decirselo a la chica me contesta que es que no ponen…
