It was very spacious and clean. We had a small kitchen, a seating area with television, a small dining area, and another small sleeping/sitting area. Very good location for the historic center of Napoli, and our host was very helpful.
Be aware that the location is a young, university crowd, so it's lively at night, which was fine - it wasn't noisy in our room, but if that's not the vibe you want, consider a different area.

We loved the great communication and the location! The property is very unique, has great character. Barbara was fantastic! Very accommodating and super helpful. We had a great time!
This was not a problem for us, but wanted to let older/less mobile customers know that you do have to climb stairs with your luggage to get to the room. Additionally, inside our room we had wooden stairs leading up to the bed. The bed was on a loft in the room, the property has super high ceilings! So if you need to use the bathroom at night, you have to walk down from the loft (difficult to do quietly on the wood steps).

Stayed five nights at Casa Hosteno and would easily go back. Location is unbeatable — cafés, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias literally on your doorstep, and Centro Antico (Old Town) is right there to explore. The place itself is lovely, but what really stood out was the hospitality. The host was always quick to reply and had great tips, and the receptionist actually drew us a little map with his personal recommendations for where to eat and drink. That kind of thing makes a difference.

The location was perfect right in the heart of busy Naples easy walking access to everything we wanted to see
I didn’t know we weren’t able to see the outside from the windows so made the appointment a little dark but this wasn’t an issue fo our party but others may want to know.
