Lucio is a very nice person. He explained all the attractions and recommended places to visit in Naples. The property is very clean and well designed. Coffee, tea, and cookies are available 24/7 for all guests. A great place to stay right in the heart of Naples.

The breakfast is served at the coffee house next door and includes some pastries and coffee, Turns out it’s an Italian tradition. we didn’t know that. Public transportation is quite far away.

Location was fantastic. Facilities were excellent & the host was also super helpful. Even though you’re in a really busy part of the old city, you wouldn’t even notice it when you’re inside the spacious room.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Naples. What truly made this hotel special was the incredible kindness and responsiveness of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The service was outstanding. A special thank you for going above and beyond: when the street lights unexpectedly went out at night, a member of the staff personally accompanied us to the garage to make sure we got there safely. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot to us and perfectly reflects the level of care and hospitality we experienced. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is central and convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples.
