A wonderful stay in the heart of Naples.
What truly made this hotel special was the incredible kindness and responsiveness of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The service was outstanding.
A special thank you for going above and beyond: when the street lights unexpectedly went out at night, a member of the staff personally accompanied us to the garage to make sure we got there safely. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot to us and perfectly reflects the level of care and hospitality we experienced.
The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is central and convenient, making it easy to explore the city.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples.

Lucio was such an amazing host, giving us a run down of what to do and see in Ischia and even sending me lots of good restaurants in the area. The location is perfect and you can’t hear the busy streets even on a busy Saturday night

The owners were so nice and helpful. They took time to map out sites and restaurants to eat at. I would rate the hosts 100 out of 10. They were proud to show their city as they put it.
