Once you get off the elevator, you are transported to an elegant and accommodating boutique hotel where staff is there to answer and help with any issue and suggest activities and restaurants.

The location is superb. Right in the heart of the old town. Great bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The hotel is a quiet respite from the manic bustle of the chaotic streets below.
The staff are superb and friendly, giving great advice on the city and arranged our airport transfer.
Great comms prior to our arrival giving detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel.
Bus station, train station & ferry terminal all within walking distance.
The tv in the room didn’t work but didn’t really matter to us.

The location is great, the staff is great
I had higher expectations for the room for that price. Fotos look much better than in reality. It could also be a bit cleaner, there was dust
