A really lovely base for a few days in Naples! The location is exceptional, upstairs in an old palazzo right in the middle of town and a short walk to the amazing archaeology museum, buses and metro stations (and hence trains to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, Sorrento...), and many wonderful restaurants. Our room was big, comfortable, and cool even before we switched on the aircon (hurrah for high ceilings and shutters). Staff are friendly and helpful, including being able to organize a late check-in for us after our late flight. Nice breakfast included.

We had a great room with a view on the Piazza S. Domenico Maggiore. The breakfast is simple but very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The host was very responsive and always ready to help from the time I booked to checkout.
The set of keys to the building, the apartment and the room makes a very heavy package to carry around. Maybe a code to enter the building and apartment would make it easier.

Location amazing, very friendly and helpful staff with generous access to water, tea and coffee around the clock. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere and spacious room.
