One of the few villas on the island that is set right on a rocky beach, just across from the shoreline of a small cove, perfect for beach combing and snorkeling. There is also a great sandy area between the pool and the beach that you can relax on!

Prepare a meal in the expansive kitchen and enjoy it on the breezy balcony. No matter what you fill your day with, you can look forward to a great night’s sleep in one of the villa’s four bedroom suites, listening to waves gently breaking on the shore.

The house was a great location minus the hills Open air living space but all bedrooms had AC. Pool was perfect but the beach was very rocky so not swimmable but nice to have the view and sounds of the ocean

Our group of 8 had an amazing time at the Sunset Beach Villa during our 5 night stay! It is a large, updated home with gorgeous views all around. It is about a 12 minute drive to get to Cruz Bay by car so very convenient. The Catered To team was very responsive before and during our stay and took care of our minor issues very promptly. The home is well-equipped and we cooked many of our meals at the house without any issues. The AC in the rooms are great and kept us cooled off. Also appreciated having 2 sets of washer/dryers on site. We loved having access to our own pool as well as rocky beach. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Villa was awesome with nice kitchen for in house meal prep! Great view from deep porches with overhang for shade. We especially enjoyed the outdoor showers. Beautiful landscaping with resident iguanas & tropical birds that were fun to watch. Rocky access wasn’t worth the mediocre snorkeling (post hurricane). Quiet neighborhood with easy access to fun Cruz Bay and lovely No. Shore beaches.
