Sunset Beach: Beachfront Villa! Pool! Hot Tub!

Loved the views, pool and hot tub. The patio area in the morning and evening was great. The property management hooked us up with a driver for the week and David was amazing! Great trip! Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house had an extremely well stocked kitchen with great pots and pans-I know ,weird but so many places don't. The kids went snorkeling right down the path. The beach is rocky and there are urchins but just wear your water shoes, they saw a baby octopus! Pool was refreshing. Hot tub at sunset was gorgeous. The beach equipment provided including coolers, snorkling gear and chairs were all in good shape.The house is a trifle worn but I really thing that's reflected in the price which was very reasonable for a house this size! Pro tip if you rented a big car(ours was a six seat jeep) park at the top of the road!The left from Mampoo is a doozy. If I had a smaller jeep it would have been easy but even cabs didn't want to come all the way down! Great house, very clean,and comfortable

Nice house, fabulous view, private beach, great pools.

We travel to St John on a yearly basis. We picked this house because of the waterfront access, the hot tub and the pool. There was some confusion at our arrival, however, we are familiar enough with the island that we were able to find the house ourselves. We were welcomed with a lovely basket of snacks, beverages and some necessities. The house was clean, the beds were comfy. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. After a long day of traveling and a recent back injury I headed to the hot tub. It wasn’t working properly and wasn’t heating. I called first thing in the am. Was told someone would come out. When we returned to the house that evening the pool had turned green, hot tub still not fixed. The following am was Sunday, nobody answered or returned any of my calls. On the third day workers came and spent the entire day fixing everything.This was an expensive property to rent. I was very disappointed. It is an older home in need of maintenance. There were numerous other small things that needed attention as well. Out of a five day stay I spent the first three days dealing with these problems.
