About this villa rental
Morgan Point Villa was meticulously constructed and completed in early 2022 on the hillside of Great Cruz Bay. Morgan Point offers four beautifully furnished king bedroom suites, three suites have spectacular ocean and bay views and one suite overlooks the tropical garden. Enjoy ocean and Great Cruz Bay views and brilliant Caribbean sunsets from the great room, outdoor covered patio and poolside deck. Take a dip in the deep infinity pool with stunning ocean views. Three bedroom suites are located on the main floor with no stairs to climb and a lovely spacious suite is on the lower level. The fully equipped kitchen with a spacious eat-in island opens up into the great room that shows off two native stone walls with cathedral ceilings. Your feet will enjoy the cool coral stone tiles through the Villa. All rooms are air-conditioned. Solar power with state of the art Powerwall batteries was installed in December 2024 to reduce inconveniences caused by power outages.
The large covered patio offers a gathering space with a dining table for 8 overlooking the stunning ocean and boats in the bay. Enjoy your meals, tropical drinks, and or appetizers on the patio day and night with fabulous ocean/bay and sunset views. The property was landscaped with local flowering plants, tropical cactus and palm trees. At night, you can enjoy the bay sparkle from the lights of the hillside homes and boats.
Morgan Point is managed by Knot Properties, a St. John company devoted to customer service. The Villa owners reside in East Haven, CT and meticulously maintain the Villa and grounds as if they lived there all year round. They strive to make your stay at Morgan Point Villa as enjoyable as possible.
Morgan Point is just a few minutes to town, grocery stores, beaches and restaurants. Rates are based on fully occupancy of 8 guests.

This lovely home not only met our expectations, but exceeded them! There were 8 in our family party so the 4 bedrooms (each with a master bed and private bathroom) was perfect. The large rooms and bathrooms (including awesome bathroom showers) are first class. The kitchen and family room were the morning gathering spots, but the highlights were non-beach days at the pool (tons of pool furniture) and the large main-level patio for evenings of games and visiting. The house is a short easy drive (8 minutes or so) from the main downtown area (restaurants/bars). We were there 7 nights and hit the St. John beaches 2 full days (house has coolers, beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach chairs, large beach tent), the house pool 3 days, and private boat to BVI beach/bar hopping 1 day. Check in was super easy and Katja answered all of my questions on the car barge and groceries as well. I even accidentally facetimed John (owner) and was able to tell him how much we loved their home. This home was simply perfect for our family, and I overwhelmingly recommend it!!

It was great! Beautiful views. Bedrooms were all large and beds were comfortable. Spent most of our mornings on the deck. Everything was clean and well supplied!!

The villa was absolutely outstanding. The view was incredible and the house was very well appointed. Very clean and everything you could possibly want the kitchen was very well equipped. Also, they supplied plenty of beach towels and beach chairs.
