We just got back from our vacation with family and friends. Must say that the pictures are accurate, the views are unimaginable being right on the beach; couldn't stop staring out at bay, we were literally 30’ from the sand/water. The house is very much as described and would recommend it without hesitation.

We LOVED our stay at the villa. It was very accommodating and CLEAN! The host was very informative gave us tips and tricks for the area and was extremely accommodating. I have zero complaints would definitely be back!

We come to St. John most years and the property, right on the water was great. The paddle boards, kayaks and snorkeling gear made for a fun time.. we will be back!
