Quiet, convenient and comfortable.
Colleagues found the location perfect. Friendly, respectful hosts. Comfortable beds and excellent breakfast. What more would one want at this price category.

The family were very happy with everything - evidently had a problem with one of the air conditioners but I don't know if it was lack of experience on their part because Ken advised after they had left that the aircon was working properly.
They thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts - seems they had more than enough to eat and everything was well prepared and presented

I like the location despite being difficult to park in and out.
Breakfast was very good
Having to get up early for breakfast (if not, male host will bring and interrogate); Inability to cook lunch and/or dinner; No heat in downstairs bedroom;
A very strong suspicion of ongoing ability of host listening in on to conversations; An uneasiness due to lack of privacy
