Big, clean. Great roof top! Staff was really friendly, gave us advice and gave us a lift to town.

It is a bit of a walk from the town center. But thats why you get rewarded with the view from the terrace!

Superb

The apartment was nice and modern. We had everything you could need for a nice stay here. The owners were really nice and friendly. The rooftop terrace had amazing views of Tivat and the Bay of Kotor, just the right place to relax after a day on the beach.

Location is not so bad iif it wasnt for the steep hill and narrow road leading up to the apartment, but it was managable. At the apartment, the fridge was not working really well, to keep the food cool we needed to put it in the freezer (which does not freeze stuff). The apartment could have been cleaned just a bit better.

Perfect!

When we arrived, the other guests were still in our apartment. The owner felt guilty and made us homemade lemonade while we were waiting. The apartment was very clean and super comfortable. The location was amazing too. Walking about 7 minute down hill and you would immediately cross a bus station that could take you anywhere. This was incredibly convenient. Overall, the location was good, the house was clean and the owner was a very kind woman. If we were to go to Montenegro again someday, we would definitely go back to ID Apartments!

NO ME GUSTÓ

La persona que nos atendió, teniendo en cuenta la hora que era, se portó muy bien. Fue amable y nos facilitó el check-in sin complicaciones, lo cual en ese momento fue un alivio.

Era nuestra última noche en Montenegro y habíamos reservado alojamiento en la ciudad antigua de Kotor. Sin embargo, al llegar, nos llevamos una gran decepción: el lugar no se parecía en nada a las fotos y tenía un aspecto tan descuidado que no pudimos quedarnos. Decidimos entregar las llaves e irnos en busca de otra opción. Ya eran las 8 de la noche y viajábamos con una niña de dos años, así que buscamos rápidamente un alojamiento cerca del aeropuerto de Tivat. Al ver las fotos y el precio, decidimos reservar sin pensarlo demasiado. Gran error. Solo vimos las primeras imágenes, que mostraban un lugar moderno y con diseño. Pero si uno se toma el tiempo de revisar hasta el final, descubre la realidad: lo que realmente alquilas no tiene nada que ver con esas primeras fotos. Tampoco leímos las opiniones, porque estábamos apurados por la hora y por la situación con la niña. Nos asignaron una habitación en el ático, a la que se accedía por una interminable escalera. El techo era inclinado y mi pareja no paraba de golpearse la cabeza. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación, parecía compartido, aunque en ese momento no había otros huéspedes. La decoración era fea y poco acogedora, y los utensilios de cocina estaban en mal estado. Realmente no era un lugar en el que apeteciera estar, pero al menos estaba algo mejor que el alojamiento que habíamos dejado. Además, solo era por una noche.

Der kleine Luxus auf dem Hügel

Die Wohnung war mit allem nötigen Gegenständen ausgestattet. Leider haben die dort vorhandenen Nachttischlampen nicht funktioniert, was aber nicht wirklich von Nachteil war. Die Einrichtung und das Design sind stimmig, der eigene Balkon erlaubt einen Blick über die ganze Küste (Apartment im obersten Stockwerk). Fußläufig erreichbar ist ein Supermarkt mit reichhaltigem Sortiment (ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß), weitere 4-5 Minuten danach erreicht man den Strand der anscheinend überwiegend von Einheimischen genutzt wird.

Zum einen die Lage der Toilette, die nur über den Balkon zu erreichen ist. Zumindest ungewöhnlich, aber auch kein großes Manko. Was schon beschwerlich ist, ist der steile Weg bis rauf zu dem Haus. Bei knackigen 28°C eine sehr anstrengende Angelegenheit.
