700m from beautiful beaches and the "Cap", from the GR223, you have one side of the house with a sea view in the bedrooms and the other of a large garden, very well exposed and peaceful.
Only 2 km from the heart of Barfleur, one of the most beautiful villages in France, you can take advantage of the shops, markets, or even observe the landings and buy your fish, mussels and crustaceans directly from the trawlers.

Das Haus und der Garten sind umzäunt und man ist für sich. Das war das was wir gesucht haben. Es liegt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt und ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß, von Barfleur. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 5 Minuten dort.

Le Gîte est très bien, la véranda à l’arrière superbe. Tout le monde a aimé le gîte et l’endroit proche des plages. Un seul petit défaut à signaler, il manque une petite table dans la cuisine pour poser des choses, de la vaisselle. Mais c’est un détail. C’était parfait. Merci 😀

Nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille dans le gîte "le Clos des capitaines", fraîchement rénové, avec goût. En ces temps de crise du Coronavirus, nous avons particulièrement apprécié que la propriétaire nous donne la possibilité d'annuler sans frais jusqu'à 2 semaines avant le début du séjour, ce qui était rassurant. Le gîte est bien situé, à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la mer, où l'on trouve de belles plages peu fréquentées. Et proche du joli port de pêche Barfleur et de l'île de Tatihou. Le gîte est très calme, avec un beau jardin. Un petit détail : le gîte gagnerait à être un peu mieux fourni en couverts. Enfin, l'isolation acoustique et un peu faible entre les chambres du 1er étage et celle du 2ème étage, autant le savoir. En conclusion, nous avons tous apprécié le séjour et le gîte et le recommandons chaleureusement.

Très belle maison, très calme, très confortable, située à proximité immédiate d'une plage bien sympathique. Parfaite pour famille(s) avec enfants avec la chambre dortoir. La literie est de qualité. La grande salle à manger/ salon est très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur le jardin. Cette superbe maison se situe dans une région qui l'est tout autant. Une Normandie loin des stations balnéaires surfaites du Calvados. Un bord de mer sans un mur de constructions à l'arrière plan de la plage. Allez-y les yeux fermés!

Das Ferienhaus ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Alles war piccobello sauber und funktionsfähig. Das Haus bietet viel Freiraum, sei es innen oder auch im großen Garten. Zum Strand kann man zu Fuß gehen, entweder zum tollen Muschelstrand mit Felsen oder zum 1a Badestrand. Die Kommunikation mit Nathalie funktioniert tadellos auf Englisch oder Französisch. Wir haben unseren 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt rundherum genossen und uns wie zu haue gefühlt.

Malgré une météo maussade, nous avons pu passer une semaine très agréable dans cette maison propre et confortable, bien chauffée et assez vaste pour dix personnes. Elle est prés des plages et de Barfleur. Elle convient parfaitement pour une grande famille.
