About this villa rental

Enjoy a splendid sea view in a super quiet seafront 50m from the beach and the small port in the estuary of Sinope. The house has 4 bedrooms for 2 people and a large bedroom for up to 6 people.
There are two bathrooms and a heated outdoor shower to rinse back from the beach.
The house is located on a plot of 16 acres partially wooded, there is always a way to find a place in the sun or in the shade sheltered from the wind!
The house was completely renovated in 2016-2017.
The house is connected to the Internet with a wifi network available.

Great house in a great location, ideal for the American sector of the D-day landings in Normandy. A stones throw from the beach and local village amenities. Great communication with Philippe.

Although our stay was in the Autumn,the Summer possibilities must be wonderful due to the proximity of the Beach. For out of season visits we would have preferred more comfortable chairs downstairs particularly for the more elderly. However,we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were more than grateful for the plentiful supply off logs for the "Chilly" evenings. Thank you Philippe.

We really enjoyed staying at this house! The location being right next to the water is amazing!!! The view from the upstairs game area is breathtaking. From the size of the kitchen to the countless rooms and numerous beds this is definitely a place we will stay at again!
