Had fan but Needed airconditioner for warm nights but hey who would have expected hot weather in Newcastle haha

Great location. Clean, light and airy. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds

The location and the fixtures and fittings
Kitchen equipment was poor, not enough larger pots, blunt kitchen knives, low grade cutlery. Beds we’re far too soft and springy.
