Dobrá poloha poblíž vlakové stanice Catania Europe (cca 7 minut chůze), také Catania Centrale (cca 20 minut chůze). V blízkosti několik pekáren, výborná restaurace Tris bar, také 2 supermarkety, ovoce a zelenina. Snídaně je formou poukázek do kavárny v přízemí apartmánu - zde nemluví anglicky, ale je nutno se domluvit rukama nohama :-) Možnost si nakoupit sladké i slané pečivo (v ceně 2.50 euro/osobu) a sníst si ho třeba na terásce apartmánu nebo jíst přímo v kavárně, když si dáte ještě čas/kávu, ještě doplácíte. Pozor - v pondělí zavřeno. Lednice na pokoji i v kuchyňce.
Plíseň ve sprchovém koutě (opravdu hodně!), kuchyňka celkem vybavená, ane ne moc čistá. Problémy se zámkem vstupních dveří (zasekával se, někdy byl problém dostat se dovnitř). I když je apartmán u vedlejší ulice, je zde dost hluk (auta, troubení).
