From start to finish we really enjoyed our stay here. From the staff and the warm welcome, very helpful and professional, the room was spacious and clean, the view of Vesuvio from our room was just wow!! Ercolano ruins are close by. Bed very comfy and different choices of pillows (perfect for my partner that suffers from neck pain) We dined at the restaurant and it was delicious (the warm home made bread.... yummy)The swimming pool was a little corner of tranquillity, went for an early swim before check out, water was perfect temperature and the lush green gardens were like a little oasis.
We understand the upkeeping of the grounds must cost an arm and a leg and they've done a great work of it. If we have to find some flaws, some little sections of the outer building (terrace side) can eventually do with a little touch up. But we did not mind at all.

The room was comfortable and clean and a perfect set up for a family of 4. The pool area was nice but needed some work around the decking- it was broken in places and a trip hazard.
It felt very 'conference like' and not very 'holiday like'. The location wasn't that great- you really needed a car but the shuttle was helpful.
