Das Frühstück war ok. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick, die Lage für den Besuch des Vesuvs und des Herculaneum ist ausgezeichnet. Der Gratisparkplatz im Innenhof ist sehr eng, aber der Vermieter Leo offerierte, den Wagen selbst zu parken.
Die Halterung für die Frottétücher ist mehrmals runtergefallen und musste neu eingesteckt werden. Die WC-Papierrolle war schon bei der Ankunft praktisch leer.
