Stayed for 1 night & it was a Good location for an easy walk to visit Herculaneum & have delicious food in a near by restaurant. Room was clean & comfortable.
Found it a bit of a challenge to find at first as not well marked & blockade at the front but once we figured it out staff opened up area for easy parking.

Location was great. Room was nice. Loved the balcony. Private parking was very much appreciated. Facilities were historic and beautiful.
The breakfast started at 8 AM. Would have been more convenient for it to start at 7 AM as we generally had full days planned while in Ercolano. The breakfast felt like it was not enough. Not enough food put out for the number of guests.

Thé location was great for Herculaneum and the Villa Campolieto, both within walking distance, highly recommend both, Ercolano is small so one or two days is enough.
The villa is beautiful, and beautiful grounds, a nice large shared balcony to sit out on and a balcony area for breakfast. Room 6 was very clean and had a view of Vesuvius.
Unknown to us room 6 has mezzanine beds, small singles, so not advised if you don’t like open stairs up and down, I don’t think this was mentioned on the booking website, it was the only room available for our dates so we took it and it was very reasonable but we wouldn’t stay again. There was no kettle or coffee maker, the website says there is one in every room. The breakfast was ok but not how I would describe as fabulous, not replenished so by 9.30 the hard boiled eggs had gone, no milk for cereal, one morning no fresh fruit left. Dry sliced bread, no fresh bread rolls. Only small amounts of toilet paper doled out each day so it felt a bit mean for such a lovely place. The other reviews seem a bit inaccurate, but perhaps they had better rooms.
