EVA Comfort Studio with Sea View 2is a 3star Studio.It is located in 5minutes walking distance from town centre and in 15minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 25m2 and balcony is6m2. It is located on floor: 1. An additional feature of this accommodation is the sea view. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

Excellent location. It had parking which is convenient in such a city and was very close to the city centre. We were able to get there in less than 10 mins. It was also walking distance to various beaches. The place was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities needed to enjoy the stuff. Overall I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Rovinj.

We had a lovely stay at Dragan’s home. The apartment was spacious and had everything that we needed. The location was fantastic as it was a quick walk to the water, grocery stores, restaurants, etc., but the area around the home wasn’t super busy. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony admiring the views and all of the beautiful plants around the yard. I would highly recommend staying with Dragan.
