EVA Studio with Sea View 3is a 3star Studio.It is located in 5minutes walking distance from town centre and in 15minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 22m2 and balcony is 4m2. It is located on floor: 1.An additional feature of this accommodation is the sea view. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING:Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

Such a great host. We were welcomed with a smile and shared a drink with the him on arrival. We enjoyed the balcony, kitchen and short stroll into the beautiful old town

We had a great time at the accommodation, just a few minutes walk to the old town. The room had plenty of space to store everything, with a practical layout. The host lady was very kind and helpful. The noise from the traffic at night was a little bit disturbing, and sounds from neighbor rooms, like conversations, could also be heard, but fortunately, all the guests were attentive. Overall, I recommend the accommodation, the price-to-value ratio is very good.

Since the moment we arrived we had a great experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, the place was just as described, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location was great, right by the city center and with a nice beach near by. We would definitely recommend!
