We had a great time overall

The overall value for money is great, the place was clean and the location was great for visiting the harbor and old town. The beach was a slightly longer walk but quite nice as a whole. The agency was also quite responsive and helpful, which was a big help.

It would’ve been nice to have actual duvets not just sheets. The bathroom had a strong drain smell as well, which got better once we left the window open but just beware.

I would definitely choose this apartment again when i return to Rovijn, and i will as it is beautiful.

Perfect location, just the edge of the old town, about 5 minutes from the very centre. nicely decorated, super clean and well managed. Authentic building recently refurbished.

A washing machine would be useful just as a toaster. The traffic on the road in front of the building is a bit loud even at night, so if someone prefers to sleep with the windows open can have a hard time, but with the windows shut and the ac on, it was absolutely fine. Also note that the building is uphill but only about 3-5 minutes walk, i actually liked it as a bit of daily exercise.

Very spacious ans central apartment

The apartment was super spacious and the location was amazing!

The bed was squeaking a lot - when one of us was moving during the night we woke each other up sometimes. It was okay but it wouldn’t hurt to exchange the bed.

There was no kettle in apartment (there is no kettle mentioned in apartment's description, so that can't be considered as problem, just small disadvantage) , but staff provided with one when asked!!!

A perfect base for enjoying Rovinj

The apartment was very clean, modern, spacious and cool. It proved the perfect base for exploring and enjoying Rovinj as it's very close to the centre of town but not on a busy or noisy street. It's in very easy reach of the Old Town, brilliant restaurants and bars, the marina, woods and beaches, as well as bike hire, the bus station and supermarkets. The agent was incredibly helpful, made sure we could leave our luggage when we arrived, and brought keys straight over when the previous guest had locked them in the apartment. While you're there, if you like your wine (and Istrian wine is fantastic!), I'd highly recommend popping just up the road to Vina Vivoda for a free tasting!

Five min walk from city centre. Super nice and comfortable apartments.

Apartment facing main street gets quite some noise from the main road. Would have bee nice with a balcony.

Comfy and spacious studio

Spacious studio with comfy bed and aircon and a decent kitchen. 5 min from bus station and old town entrance but unfortunately uphill.

Would have preferred more appliances such as kettle, toaster, blender. One of the shutters was broken and was hard to sleep with the light but the agency sent someone to fix it a few days after.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the old town, 20-25 minutes walk to the beach!

The rooms were very clean, but there were some ugly bugs which was very disturbing! In Delia apartment the “sofa” which is a bed is actually a mattress on the floor ! :(

Szép, kedvesen berendezett szobák. De egyszerű felszereltség.

Szép, kellemes szobák.

Nem volt sem erkély, sem terasz, ahová ki lehetett volna ülni. A szálláshoz nem tartozott parkolási lehetőség. Parkolni csak messzebb lehetett elég drágán. Nem volt wifi. A főző edények nagyon régiek, kopottak voltak.

Kellemes.

Mi a stúdió apartmanban voltunk, a tetőtérben. Jó helyen van, szép, egyszerű, tiszta és tágas szállás. A gyerek nagyon élvezte az egész alacsonyan kezdődő ablakokat, végig ott lógott és nézte mi történik kinn.

A környéken van egy forgalmasabb út, ez miatt az éjszaka nyitott ablakkal elég hangos. Körülbelül éjjel 3 órától kezd el lecsendesedni a környék. Zárt ablakkal viszont a hálószobában meg lehet főni.
