We had a lovely stay in beautiful Rovinj. Igor was a wonderful host, happy to help and even provided some extra treats!

The property is in a great location within easy walking distance to town, marina, restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. There was also a little balcony to have coffee or a glass of wine watching the sun go down. Car parking was also provided 😃

We can only recommend !

We stayed at the apartment n5 with two bedrooms. Warm and friendly welcome from Igor with a briefing of the region and the things to do. The apartment is perfect with all equipments needed. A great balcony with a view on the sea and the sunset. The location is at a reasonable walking distance to the center of the town.

Be careful about the mosquitoes, there are many of them.

Really nice place to stay in Rovinj!

The landlord was really nice! Thank you so much to Igor for everything. The apartment was close to the city. Only few minutes walk. It was two balcony’s. The biggest one had seaview and sun in the afternoon, and the other one had sun on the late morning. The beds we’re comfortable. It was a bathroom, and also a separate toilet room. The aircondition was in the hall, so we just had the doors open to the bedrooms at night. It work just fine. I would really recommend this place!

A highlight of our trip to Croatia

Staying at Apartments & Room Anita was a highlight of our vacation in Croatia. Igor is a gracious host and gave us great tips on local things to do and see. The apartment is in a perfect location to park a car and walk into the town center. The apartment was large, clean, very comfortable, nicely decorated with modern touches, and quiet. We loved sitting on our private terrace, and also loved the amenities like the coffee maker and tea kettle, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, etc. Loved the large shower and hot water. Loved the clean, fresh linens and towels. This is a great place to stay in Rovinj!!

This amazing apartment would be even more complete with a microwave and an iron/ironing board. But that's nit-picking on a really wonderful stay!

The accommodation is perfectly located, close to the old town and in walking distance to beaches. The host was wonderful and very helpful (Igor, thank you so much for such a warm welcome, for wine and small gifts for us - it was super nice of you!). The apartment itself was large, nice and clean with 2 balconies and fantastic sea view from one of them. Very comfortable bed - I had the best sleep ever :)

Very happy stay

We enjoyed our stay. For a small accommodation we had all the facilities we needed and expected. If you are travelling with a car the location is perfect, close to the roads in & out if town, yet walkable to the centre. Igor’s tips were very good - restaurants, beaches etc

A fantastic apartment in Rovinj

We spent eight marvellous days in Rovinj and we absolutely loved our apartment at Anita. Our apartment was strategically located on a small hill overlooking the bay and yet very close to the city centre: in a few minutes walk we could easily reach the old town, the harbour and the closest beaches. A big supermarket is just below the apartment and many shops and restaurants are only a couple of minutes away from the villa. The apartment is new, spacious and very bright, furnished with good taste and very functional. The kitchen corner comes fully equipped and all the kitchenware is brand new and kept tidy. The bathroom is very large, new, with a convenient window and is absolutely spotless. The fantastic balcony/terrace was our favourite spot: large, furnished and with a great view on the sea and it presented us with unforgettable sunsets. Plus the windows and terrace allowed a beautiful wind which kept the flat always cool, so much that we never used the air conditioning,... Igor, our landlord, was a fantastic host: very kind, caring and precious with his suggestions and his always interesting conversation. All in all, a great experience and a great stay.

Delightful comfortable and peaceful

Basic, but perfect apartment. Has everything that you need for a short stay in Rovinj. Only a ~12-15 minute walk from everything in Rovinj. Hosts went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, when I arrived they chatted me through what was close by in Rovinj and shared a bit of the history of the city. They even shared some tomatoes from their garden with me. If you’re looking for somewhere affordable and comfortable in Rovinj this ticks all the boxes!

Good places for coues

Good location with good walking access to the old town/harbour about ten minutes, short car journey to the best beaches Lone and Cuvi. Good off road parking that close to Rovinj Old Town. Indeed for precious or classic cars. Nice appartment with west facing balcony with view of sea, double bedroom, small kitchen/diner and bathroom. Best introduction ever told us all we needed to know.

Nothing to not like apart from the steady up hill walk from the old town. Signage to beaches took a bit of working out.

We loved Rovinj and our hosts were spectacular.

It was a very nice apartment, very well equipped with a lovely balcony and small view of the sea. The hosts were very helpful and kind. They welcomed us with a nice cold beer and spent time orienting us to Rovijn.

There is nothing within the control of our hosts that could have been better. It was a bit of walk to the city center with a steep climb back. But it is definitely doable for anyone in reasonable physical condition.

The apartment is better than we expected. Very well equipped, we found everything we needed. It is in a very good location: 10 minutes walk from city center and from the sea but in a very quiet area so our sleep was not disturbed by anything (yeah, the very comfortable double-bed helped with this :)). And, it was a very pleasure to meet the owner, Igor, who helped us in connection with all questions.

I am really satisfied with Apartment Anita

The apartment was really comfortable, well-equipped and clean. The host was really friendly. Greeted us with cold drinks, provided us a map, and shared some recommendations with us regarding the sightseeing and the restaurants. Beach Cuvi and Lone Bay beaches are 8 minutes away by car. The city center is 15 minutes on foot.

Only one minor problem was that the wifi signal wasn't really good at the Apartment Nr1. We reported this issue to the host, so probably in the future this problem will be eliminated.

Good location, great host, clean, well equipped, comfortable bed.

It was the second time we have put up at Igor's house. Igor, just as the previous time, was a very nice, very reliable, very friendly, very helpful host. The flat is only a ten minutes' walk away from the center, so its location is very good.

We would have been happy to see a screen at the balcony door, against flies and mosquitoes.

Amazing week!

We have had an amazing week in Rovinj, in my opinion the best appartment wich you can choose in Rovinj! When we arrived the host (Igor) offered us something to drink! So it was a very warm welcome for us! The room was also very nice and clean. The host Igor a very warm and good man! If you need anything you can always go and see him, and he alwys makes time for a conversation! I can only say, GO TO APPARTMENTS ANITA , it is amazing! Thanks for everything Igor we will come back next year!

Great base for Rovinj and exploring Istria

Great quiet apartment with sea views and balcony. Just a short walk to the old part of Rovinj. A great location with parking on site. Our host gave us good information and map to Rovinj and tips for our day trips for the week we were there. It was really helpful. The kitchenette and apartment over all is well equipped. Wifi was good. Our towels were changed a couple of times during the week. We were even given a bottle of good local olive oil to take home. Loved our week here.

Für einen wundervollen umsorgten Aufenthalt in Zentrumsnähe von Rovinj nur zu empfehlen.

Wir können diese Unterkunft und den Vermieter nur empfehlen. Wer eine Unterkunft sucht, die zum Frühstück auf den Balkon mit wunderbarer Sicht auf das Meer beginnt (Fernglas nicht vergessen) und wo man nur einen Katzensprung entfernt (ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg) zum Stadtzentrum von Rovinj wohnt - ist hier genau richtig. Igor (Vermieter) hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und gibt gern Infos zur Region. Vielen Dank nochmal für den wundervollen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung.

Da fällt einen nicht wirklich etwas ein. Bei Jammern auf sehr hohen Niveau, könnte es vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Geschirr in der Küche sein - damit man nicht immer gleich abwaschen muss ;).
