Very close to the city center. Nice and very green neighborhood

Cannot park the car in the yard or in front of the house, but there is a free parking 100 meter away.

Friendly accommodation for visiting Rovinj

The location was great for visiting Rovinj, and was a quiet location with a nice balcony. . Parking was easy in a nearby car park - no charge. The owner was very friendly. .

Comfortable and conveniently located apartment

Good and easy communication with Iva, she was very friendly and kind, the bed was wonderful and extremely comfortable (better than some hotel beds), location was very close to centre, free parking

Shower cabin was a bit small considering I am larger sized, but it was still manageable and the shower pressure was good.

Superb

The location is convenient and quiet, parking is around the corner. The room was simple, but clean, functional, comfortable and with AC. The balcony is spacious and has a lovely view. The owner, Ivanka, is available for any questions.

In the 2 nights I stayed there was nothing to dislike. The room is on the 1st floor, so the stairs can be a problem for someone with mobility issues.

Amazing stay in a beautiful location! Host is lovely and accomodating!

Location was beautiful and having my own place to come back to after a long day exploring was invaluable. Ivanka was so kind and made me feel safe and comfortable. The space was cozy and clean and had everything I could have needed, cooking facilities and a nice balcony too.

That I couldn’t stay longer!

Very affordable, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a good location with parking.

The apartment had everything any traveller ever needs. A very well stocked kitchen and even a washing machine which for the price we paid is absolutely amazing.

Iva was so kind, she helped us with everything we needed. She was so responsive even before the trip and also when we were there. Iva also let us check out quite late as our bus was going to depart late in the afternoon. We had a great stay! Thank you Iva! :)

Overnight stay in Rovinj

Friendly lady owner who lives downstairs.Clean n spacious apartment.Well equipped kitchen. Walking distance 15mins from the bus station. Nearby the old town, piers , easy to walk around the town.

A bit difficult to walk uphill with luggage from bus station to the apartment. Water was 'chalky' when boiled in kettle.

This has to be one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in. It was very clean, cozy, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we need, including a washing machine! It's a pity we only stayed one night due to our tight travel schedule. Thank you very much, Iva.

Perfect choice. A 3 room fully equipped apartment beautifully decorated. Modern kitchen. 15 minute walk to town. Landlord was gracious and extremely helpful.
