GIORGIA Standard One-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace 1is a 3star Apartment.It is located in 5minutes walking distance from town centerand in 15minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 45m2 and terraceis 8 m2. It is located on floor: 0. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the kitchen. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden. There is a possibility to use BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

Slightly outdated but cute apartment. Bedroom was a little small but the living room and kitchen gave lots of room to spread out. Washing machine, which was a bonus (if you can figure out how to use it, buttons are all in Italian). Cute little patio. Gated parking area (for a small car), which was a plus. I rated "Communication with Owner" a 3 only because she didn't speak English or Spanish, which are our languages. LOCATION is EXCELLENT, a 5-10 minute walk from the adorable old town area with many shops and restaurants. My husband and I both want to go back to Rovinj (LOVED IT) and would definitely stay at this apartment again.

We had ground floor apartment with beautiful and cosy terrace and parking in front of main door, which was ideal. Georgia is very kind and friendly, even her husband helped us with broken car problem.I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

If you have a car in Rovinj this is the place to stay, as parking is next to entrance door for easy unloading. Home is a 5 minute walk to center of old town on a safe and lovely street. The home interior needs updating, but if you are looking for a value price and are good with old world decor, it’s an outstanding location.
