Clean, nicely decorated and lovely furniture.
The third bedroom doesn’t have a door. Heat from a small air con unit at the far back of the house couldn’t reach the bedrooms in the front of the house. No electric blankets.

The property if in a great location for the centre of town, and stubbling distance from The Stump. It is an easy walk to South Beach and Pea Soup, and the Moyne waterfront as close. The house was very cosy at the back, had a nice yard to sit out in, and we found it very comdortable. Parking was easy either out the front or under cover at teh back of the house.
The BBQ is getting on a bit but was fine for us. Hving it undercover would have been nice as I had to BBQ in the rain. THe heating was all in the back of the house and only one portable heater was provided for the front of the house.

The property was a cute old cottage, but with modern facilities and lovely furnishings. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms beautifully decorated. The kitchen had all necessary amenities, and the living room was warm and comfortable.
