We loved the kitchen and pool table. 2 showers and toilets were great. Comfortable beds.
The oven had no measurements on the gauges - eg : no temperature to read !!! House smelled very musty when we first arrived but after an air out it was ok.

Location great, east access, billard room wins this place, great for pets too!
Better shower heads And paint job to be completed The furniture does smell a bit, but nothing a cooked meal can't fix lol Overall good

The location to south beach
There was a strong odour in the house, that hit you as soon as you walked in. Due to the season there was a bird nesting in the backyard (on the ground) which made going outside impossible
