The location was great. Do have to cross the Princes highway to get to the main street but a short walk to pedestrian lights if busy, Short walk to the main streets for shopping. IGA quite big and stocks most things. Plenty of options for dining out but deckhouse also has a well equipped kitchen ideal for cooking for the family/friends. Lovely garden both front and rear with a great outdoor area for entertaining, eating outside etc. Our furbabies loved the yard too. Lovely open fire for the cold nights.
The only negatives were the heater in the third bedroom wasn't functioning but have advised so likely rectified shortly.
The walk drive to the main street is across the Princes Highway which can be quite busy. Apart from that lovely place to kick back and regroup. Also we bought bottled water.
