Not sure how surcure the backyard was for small dogs but I bought my own puppy play pens to fence of a safe section they could not escape from.

Fantastic back yard for our dog & excellent location for town & beaches. The kitchen is well equipped & spacious.
The bedrooms are all in the old part of the house at the front, where the carpet & fittings are old & musty - this triggered very bad allergies for 2 in our family.
Overall, both the indoor & outdoor furniture is not very comfortable. So the house is good as a base for going out, but not great for lazy days staying at home.

Amazing location. Could walk to everything but was still very quiet. You couldn’t hear any traffic or noise. Great gas fire heater in lounge room. Large secure backyard for our dog.
Tap water needs to be filtered or boiled, had a terrible taste. Light bulbs in kitchen and living area were not a nice warm light, we brought lamps in from the bedrooms to help create more of a nicer mood/ambience in the evenings.
