Nice rooms, the lady who greeted us did not speak English but was very friendly and helpful with the help of google translate! We paid for breakfast which was very nice. We were a group of 5 and had the accommodation to ourselves so could use the communal area for an evening drink.

чисто, тепло (были в середине октября, когда ночью уже было около 0 )
хозяева чудесные приветливые люди!
на кухне было все необходимое для приготовления еды. в комнате отличного качества матрас.
для тех, кто чувствителен к шуму, может не подойти, если соседи по гестхаусу будут громко себя вести, стены довольно тонкие. но я это учитывала и для меня не является минусом.
плюсы двора с гамаком и мангалом не смогли оценить, было холодно и дождливо. летом тут видимо отлично! вид на Казбек и окрестности потрясающий!
не стабильно горячая вода в душе, не критично, но зимой наверное неприятный момент

The owner was very sweet and pleasant. The fact that we were the only guests on the property worked in our favor since we had little kids with us. She gave us total privacy and did not utter a single word of disapproval when my little kids were being boisterous in the house.
The kitchen was fully equipped and I could prepare a fully satisfying meal for my family which we enjoyed in the aesthetically pleasing dining room.
A small attempt at interaction with the house owner was something we were looking forward to. We wanted to know about the country and their culture. But the owner would be holed up in her room all the time and we felt hesitant to go knock on her door for every little help we needed - like how to operate the washing machine, where to find certain things like detergent etc.
It's still something that can be ignored for the gorgeous views and the impeccably clean house we were lucky to stay in.
