Beautiful apartment with a hell of a view !

Beautifully situated and close to shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean. Great communication with owner. Comfy bed and all we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast basket was fabulous and even had milk left in the fridge and some coffee and tea (although I did take my own).

Peaceful tranquility, fabulous property & great hosts.

We did take provisions for breakfast, But cereals and crumpets were provided along with milk and basics. Wasn't expecting this, It was a pleasant surprise. Thank you.

We needed a break from day to day life and the location of this property was simply beautiful

The location and the views just made it, such a beautiful property, the grounds were blissful and so relaxing, being in nature when you live in a busy town is awesome, many birds, squirrels, pheasants, sheep and a deer on our final morning were a gift.

Small Kitchen, i get it but it was difficult we took an airfryer and couldn't of been without it. The place was dusty we both were sneezing on a number of occasion and realised it was the dust and dryness of the heaters.

Relaxing get away with outstanding views

Great little place with outstanding views. Very clean and comfortable with a decent shower. The perfect get away! Owners are close by but give a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Varied collection of bars/restaurants and shops in town at bottom of hill with so much to see and do further afield. As previously mentioned, the walk back up the hill can be demanding a couple of stops to take in the valley view easily breaks it up.

Had a very enjoyable 3 day stay. Apartment was very spacious and well facilitated. Highly recommend

Unexpected welcome pack, which was very good. The location was fantastic, only 10 minute work to town, but bit harder walking back as very steep, but managed it. Views were fantastic and was lovely sitting on the terrace in the evening with a glass or two enjoying how picturesque it was.

Peaceful little gem set in amazing gardens

This compact yet spacious 'room' has lovely views over the extensive gardens. It is very well thought out and stylish. A very relaxing few days! Hosts live on site, so if you need anything, you can just ask. I would say the photos don't do it justice so... you definitely won't be disappointed if you chose this little peaceful gem

A couple of weeks before arriving, we were in two minds whether to cut the trip down to just a couple of days instead of 3 due to low funds (cost of living - yay!). After the first day, we wished we'd booked a full week instead. The property itself is beautiful. Jen was very helpful with anything we needed. It was warm, tidy, clean, and a view to die for. There was a nice basket of eggs, bread, spreads etc and fresh milk in the fridge which was a great touch. The heating worked great and quickly warmed the room up in a morning. Usually we make a habit of never going to the same place twice, no matter how much we like it... but this one is worth the second visit. Thank you :)

There was nothing wrong at all. A couple of 'nice to haves' would be things like Netflix/Prime being logged in for guests and a little faster wifi, maybe some ground coffee (i left my Aeropress spoon haha) and I guess that's all!

Room with some AMAZING views!

Loved the property, very spacious, clean and thoughtfuly prepared. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch as well. The room has amazing views in an absolutely stunning garden. Plentiful parking and the property felt very secure. The location is fabulous 👌 Holmfirth is a beautiful place and it's conveniently located to go to Halifax, Manchester etc. A wonderful retreat for relaxing break with my other half for his birthday 🎂 (21 again lol!).
