It was so peaceful and so beautiful. Juanita was an amazing cook! We enjoyed every minute. Mike is the kindest gentlest host. We had wonderful chats with him and it was so fun to get to know these beautiful local people as well as their beautiful country. It was so close to amazing ruins and natural adventures. We enjoyed every minute.

I liked the traditional cottages which were cool and I loved this place for its quietness. I liked the proximity of the river although I didn't swim in it because the water level was too low for access. Every morning no matter how early, good hot coffee was always available. I was very happy to enjoy this modest place in a natural environment.
The first days, I didn't have breakfast because I had to leave too early. On the last day, I was promised to get some breakfast, but there was nothing. I had some laundry done but it was plenty of soap when it returned. In the bathroom, furniture was broken or not present. Every evening, loud music could be heard from the neighbourhood.
