Everything! The staff went above and beyond and couldn’t do enough for you, always so happy and polite! Lots of great activities available too and the breakfast was amazing!
It was slightly out of ubud centre, but this did mean it was beautifully calm and peaceful. Like a jungle oasis! And the hotel did a free shuttle

Everything about our stay was exceptional! We stayed in Royal Villa 5, which featured a beautiful private pool, complete privacy, and a peaceful tropical atmosphere. The floating breakfast was a wonderful experience.
What truly made our visit unforgettable was the outstanding staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring, especially towards our little daughter, Tima. They were always playful with her and made us feel right at home.
Beautiful villa, excellent hospitality, and a truly memorable family experience. Highly recommended!
Absolutely nothing! Everything exceeded our expectations.

Located in jungle - very tradtitional Balinese vibe with all the trimmings - yoga, healing stuff etc Greatvfiliod. Also got upgraded to a villa and this really works if you are a couple I would say 😉
It’s a bit out of town but you can’t have everything
