Beautiful setting, wonderful staff and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was fantastic and the shuttle into Ubud Centre is great. The staff were so accommodating and helpful

I have never encountered such lovely, friendly, welcoming staff. Every single member of staff was so happy to help and nothing was too much trouble. The room itself was absolutely stunning - cleaned regularly and so spacious with adequate storage. The location was perfect too - we read some reviews about the hotel being too far from Ubud centre but we got taxis into the centre for about £2 equivalent and it took all of 10 minutes. The infinity pool was great too, it felt like swimming in a jungle. The breakfast was also delicious and so varied - we stayed 4 nights and couldn’t make our way through the entire menu!

The beautiful outside area. Balcony had a jungle view that is stunning.
the room smelled moldy. Doors shut close creating a little thunder, so when neighbours come back to their rooms, you know! And my girlfriend got a little food poisoning from eating at their restaurant. (We havent eaten somewhere else due to Nyepi day)
