Déçu par les prestations...attente de plus de 15 min a l arrivée au chalet ,se situant sur un axe principal, a côté d un magasin de location de ski:sur l annonce on nous parle de rez de jardin....c est une cave aménagée , salle de jeu avec un baby hs(enfants déçus),..literies fatiguées, pommeau de douche attaché par du fil de fer, manque d espace pour les affaires dans la salle de bain du rez-de-jardin ,de vaisselle,l étendoir a linge est bon pour la dechetterie..pas de wifi, la porte de l insert , ben elle ne ferme plus! Seul point positif, le chalet est spacieux ,mais a revoir ...nous prenons régulièrement des locations sur gerardmer et c est la première fois que nous mettons un avis défavorable .
