Luxury apartment on the top floor in a small 2-storey building, located 5 minutes walk from the lake of Xonrupt-Longemer rated 3 stars at the Gîte de France.
It is composed of an entrance opening onto a beautiful and very bright living room with 2 windows and a French window with balcony.
A modern and fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob with integrated hood and wine cellar), central island with snack bar for 6 people.
A lounge area with corner sofa and flat screen, a DVD player and internet box.
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, box spring, new mattresses (160x200), and a dresser.
The second bedroom opening onto a balcony is equipped with a double bed, box spring and new mattresses (160x200), a large cupboard.
Between the two, a spacious bathroom with a large Italian shower, a double sink unit, an electric towel dryer and a washer-dryer.
A separate suspended toilet.
Upstairs, a relaxation area serving as a third bedroom with a new Clic-Clac bed (140x190), with board games, books.
At your disposal, a travel cot and a high chair for your little one.
Underfloor heated apartment with electric shutters.
On the first floor, bike room with a private closed ski locker.
Outside 2 private parking spaces.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is non-smoking.

Très belle appartement avec deux place de stationnement dans une belle et calme résidence. Attention a l'accès vue que l'impasse est étroit et l'égerment cacher vous risquer de louper l'accès. Prendre en repaire le panneau rappelle 70km/h et le poteau téléphonique. Sinon le lac est a moins 1km et vous serrez proche de quelques chemins de rando.
Je vous le conseil.
