About this apartment rental
New luxury apartment on the top floor in a small building of 2 floors, located 5 min walk from the lake of Xonrupt-Longemer classified 3 stars at the Gîte de France.
It is composed of an entrance giving on a nice very bright living room with 2 windows and a French window with balcony.
A modern and fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob with integrated extractor hood and wine cellar), central island with snack for 6 people.
A sitting area with corner sofa and flat screen, DVD player and internet box.
The first bedroom has a double bed, box spring, new mattresses (160x200), and a chest of drawers.
The second bedroom opening onto a balcony is furnished with a double bed, new box spring and mattress (160x200), a large closet.
In between, a spacious bathroom with a large Italian shower, a double sink cabinet, an electric towel dryer and a washer-dryer.
A separate hanging toilet.
Upstairs, a relaxation area serving as a third bedroom with a new Clic-Clac bed (140x190), with board games, books.
At your disposal, a cot and a high chair for your little one.
Floor heated apartment with electric shutters.
On the garden level, bicycle storage room with a closed private ski locker.
Outside 2 private parking spaces.
Animals are not allowed.
The apartment is non-smoking.
For winter activities, several ski resorts within a radius of 4 to 10 kms (Xonrupt, La Bresse-Le Hohneck, La Schlucht, Gérardmer)
In summer, swimming and nautical activity (pedal boat, paddle, sailing boat) on the lakes of Xonrupt and Gérardmer.
Beautiful hikes or mountain biking (several rental companies in the village).
Near shops in the village of Xonrupt-Longemer (Bakery, Butcher, Pharmacy, Bar-Tobacco, Restaurants ...)
In Gérardmer all shops and hospitals.
Compulsory deposit: € 800 collected on arrival and discounted on departure.
Reading of the electric meter with invoicing if excessive overspending.
Optional sheets (sheet for mattresses and pillows, fitted sheet, duvet cover, 2 pillowcases): € 17 per bed (160x200) per week and € 15 bed (140x190) per week.

Location grand confort, bien équipée & bien située, pour découvrir la beauté de la nature environnante : col de la Schlucht, route des crêtes, lacs & cascades, pour déguster les produits locaux, et pour visiter la Confiserie de Plainfaing.
Très bon séjour à renouveler !
& Un service de conciergerie à l'écoute des clients.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 10 minutes des pistes de la Bresse. Ultra lumineux, propre et aménagé avec qualité, il y fait bon vivre. Je le recommande vivement.

Logement très calme,aménagé avec goût,très moderne.
Seul petit bémol,manque petite poubelle de salle de bain et lampes de chevet dans une chambre.Mais ce n est qu un petit détail séjour parfait.
Par contre très surprenant le fait que les habitants se promènent avec leurs poubelles pour trouver un conteneur sur la route pour les déposer mais ça c est du ressort de la ville et non des propriétaires !!!
