Lovely decorated home, with 8 sleeping places, a big table, a bathroom with a nice shower and a seperate toilette. The neihbourhood is calm and child-friendly, with a playing field nearby and a bakery within a 5 minute-walk. Right before the house you can sit on the porch and play in the grass. In the kitchen you can find every utensil you need. Also a big oven. The beds are okay, but the matresses might need an update (and the bunkbed is a bit too wobbly). We really enjoyed the wood burner.

Même si le chalet était agréable, l'annonce, elle était trompeuse car il était noté 2 salles de bain alors qu'il ne comporte qu'une salle de douche avec une douche vétuste ou il nous a été dit par la personne qui nous a reçu que la douche est fragile, le mitigeur nous vient dans les mains lors que vous prenez votre douche, les parois sortent des rails. Avoir 2 salles de bain était primordial pour nous car nous avions une personne en situation de handicap avec nous. - Les appareils électroménagers tels que croque monsieur, appareil à raclette sont de très bas de gamme. - Serrure de la porte d'entrée défectueuse - vaisselle ébréchée ou cassée - aucun voilage aux fenêtres... Aucune intimité Lorsque vous faites part de votre mécontentement à la propriétaire, celle ci est de mauvaise foi car elle a tout de suite modifié son annonce et ne souhaite faire aucun geste en fonction du désagrément suffit notamment pour la salle de bain manquante, alors que la dame qui nous a reçu a dit je pense qu'elle fera une geste car moi à sa place je le ferai. Nous ne louerons plus celui-ci et sommes très déçus de la propriétaire qui se permet de vous envoyer un mail en vous informant qu'elle ne fera aucun geste car la somme payée par nous même n'est pas la somme qu'elle perçoit par Abritel. A bon entendeur.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons ce chalet. Toujours aussi agréable, facile d'accès, proche commerces et du lac de Longemer. Il est très bien équipé, propre et bien isolé, malgré le froid extérieur, nous étions très bien à l'intérieur. Le prix raisonnable au mois de Janvier, par contre prohibitif au mois de Juillet (31% d'augmentation par rapport au mois de Juillet de l'année dernière)

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end en famille dans ce chalet. Il est très bien conçu, bien agencé, parfait pour 6 personnes. Le tout est très joliment décoré façon chalet de ski tout en bois, et très propre. Nous étions averti que le chalet était en travaux (boiseries extérieures) mais cela n'a pas gêné du tout. Pour cause de retard dû au Covid, le jardin était resté en friche, pour le moment, c'est le paradis des pissenlits ! Nul doute qu'il sera très agréable un fois refait. Le quartier est vraiment très calme et le chalet très bien situé pour démarrer les balades et accéder au lac. Très bon contact avec notre hôte qui n'a pas manqué de nous demander si tout allait bien durant notre séjour. Très bon accueil également avec la personne en charge de la remise des clés. A refaire !

Nous avons pu avoir le chalet à 17 H 30. Il n'était pas chauffé et il n'y avait pas d' eau chaude jusqu'au matin suivant, le temps que le ballon d'eau chaude chauffe l'eau car le courant venait d'être juste rétabli!!! Vue le prix de la nuit ceci n'est pas normal.

Nous avons bien profité des lieux avec la piste cyclable devant l’allée de garage. Une clôture aurait néanmoins permis plus d’intimité Le chalet est charmant et idéal pour des vacances. Il est joliment décoré à l’intérieur. Dommage qu’il manque d’entretien
