There's convenient covered onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 5-minute walk to Gérardmer State Forest or the 14-minute walk to Gerardmer Ski Resort.

After you return to this 969-sq-ft chalet, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and DVD player.

As you settle into this 4-bedroom rental, you'll find a living room, a sofa bed,and a BBQ grill. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, toilet paper, and soap. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Das Chalet liegt in einer Sackgasse direkt an einem kleinen Fluss und hat einen kleinen Garten mit Terrasse. Zum nächsten Supermarkt muss man zwar nach Gerardmer fahren, aber das sind nur 3 bis 4 Kilometer. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man findet alles, was man braucht. Die Bäder sind top und in der Küche gibt es einen Induktionsherd, Fondue, Raclette und ein Gerät für Crêpes. Braucht man Hilfe, muss man nicht lange warten. Gerard und Marie sind sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Sie sprechen etwas deutsch, was die Kommunikation einfacher macht, wenn man selbst nicht so gut oder gar nicht französisch kann. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Chalet war unglaublich schön und geschmackvoll! Es war alles aufeinander abgestimmt und sehr gemütlich! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, ein Raclette, Fondue und einen Willkommensgruß gab es auch. Die Vermieter haben uns persönlich empfangen und haben uns sehr nett das Haus gezeigt. Vielen lieben Dank und wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Es war ein wirklich sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Das Haus war modern und liebevoll eingerichtet und alles hat tadellos funktioniert. Die Gastgeber waren sehr unkompliziert und geben sich sehr viel Mühe, dass der Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich wird. Gerade bei schlechtem Wetter ist die Unterkunft ein wohliger Rückzugsort. Gerne wieder!
