About this chalet rental

If you are looking for an unusual place to spend a nice holiday with family or friends, then Lynx will delight you with its elegance and luxury services. 9 people (10 maximum) can be accommodated comfortably within 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine with a sofa bed. The spacious living room has been carefully furnished, great views of the Vosges mountains and friendly wood stove around which all of you can gather in the evening to share the emotions of the day. You will have a home theater, free wifi, an infrared sauna to relax after long hours spent exploring the region. Most rooms open onto a balcony and terrace on the ground floor are ideal for sunbathing, alfresco lunches or admire the stars after a perfect day in the valley of lakes.
Large beds and latex mattress comfort offer you a perfect rest.

Bed linen is included, water is included, towels are provided on demand and in extra 7 € per person, electricity is extra 0,27 €/kW, final cleaning is not icluded, it's extra and payable locally 130 €

The stay in the chalet was very nice and we had a really great weekend there.

We spent one week at The Lynx and had a fabulous time. The location of the chalet is very inviting with nice views, a big lawn and a nice deck. The chalet has everything you need for a perfect vacation in the Vosges. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 2 smaller children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need. The manager is extremely friendly and helpful. If we return to the area, we certainly would like to go back to The Lynx.

We stayed in this chalet for one week. The property is very clean and has all the extras you need for a relaxing holiday. The owners were really helpful and friendly. The location is ideal - close to La Bresse for skiing. The local bakery is superb. I would definitely recommend this chalet to friends and hopefully we will be back again.

We stayed in the Chalet du Lynx with our 3 kids and had a fantastic week. The chalet is very well appointed and comfortable. We found everything spotless. The owner is friendly and welcoming. The kitchen is large, modern and has all you need to cook. The children had plenty of room upstairs. The location of the chalet is in Xonrupt Longemer, a quiet village: the "backyard" is a field and the children were able to run around and pick wild blueberries. Several hiking trails start there. You can walk from the chalet to a good bakery (10 min) for breakfast, and there is also a small epicerie within walkable distance. For supermarkets, you go to the nearby town (Gerardmer, a 5 to 10 min drive). Overall a great week, with a lot of hiking, lake swimming, visits (Colmar and the Unterlinden museum) and shopping (beautiful sheets made locally). We would definitely recommend the Lynx chalet, and the Vosges in general.

The chalet was recommended to us by friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as stated in the description - the chalet is perfectly equipped, very clean and cosy. We especially appreciated the location - near a small forest with a slope ideal for sledding.
