About this chalet rental
Charming all-wood chalet capacity 6 people in Xonrupt-Longemer, 900m from the lake of Longemer.
Beautiful, unobstructed views of the village and the ski jump.
You have found the ideal place to recharge your batteries with your family, in the mountains in a "nature" setting, the chalet being set in a green setting giving it great privacy.
Take advantage of its ideal location to visit the Christmas markets, Gérardmer, La Bresse but also the Munster market only 30 minutes away and the Colmar market less than an hour away! The chalet is classified 2* and labelled CLÉVACANCES.
Decorated with great taste and in a mountain spirit, it offers you on the first floor a beautiful living room and living room opening onto a fitted kitchen. Colour television and DVD player. Large velvet curtains give a very warm spirit to this room.
In the kitchen, hob and electric oven, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, two undermount refrigerators, one of which has a small 28-litre freezer. Fondue, raclette and pierrade sets available on site.
Also on the first floor, a small bedroom with a double bed 140x190, a bathroom with hairdryer, washing machine, and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor there is a family room consisting of a double bed 140x190 and a single bed 90x190, as well as a mezzanine with a double bed and access to the balcony with views of the mountains and the village.
Outside, large terrace and forest garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
For families, baby equipment is available on site (high chair seat, baby bath, baby bed and changing mat).
Safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.
The living area of the chalet is 63m2 (Carrez law), with many attic rooms upstairs.
The chalet is located in a quiet area, away from a road with little traffic. Tranquility guaranteed! Private parking at your disposal on site (2 spaces).
The family ski resort of Le Poli is barely 5 minutes by car from the chalet, and that of La Mauselaine (Gérardmer, barely 14 minutes away). Regular shuttles during the winter season to drop you off at the foot of the slopes!
Many activities are available on site: hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, mountain bike trails...
Activities at the lake of Longemer: Kayaking, pedal boats, fishing, swimming, petanque etc ...
Bakery, butcher, delicatessen, in the center of the village 10 minutes walk!
